Hotel Caldea to open in December with 39 rooms in the tower
The new four-star superior hotel will combine accommodation, spa, dining, sport and wellness experiences
The crane used to replace the roof and build the hotel will be removed next week. Technical and interior design work will continue in the meantime.
Caldea says the hotel’s opening will be a decisive step towards creating an integrated resort, bringing together its thermal waters, accommodation, dining, sport and wellness experiences.
Five room categories with panoramic views
The hotel will have 39 rooms across 14 floors, all with panoramic views.

Its accommodation will be divided into five categories: Cozy Rooms of around 22 sq m; Comfort Rooms of up to 30 sq m; Deluxe Suites measuring 25 to 45 sq m, with a bathtub at the foot of the bed; Panoramic Suites on the upper floors; and The Iconic Duplex.
The last of these will be a 60 sq m duplex suite with a 7.5 sq m balcony, occupying the top of the building.
A hotel integrated into the Caldea experience
Hotel Caldea will be a four-star superior lifestyle hotel. It will form part of the complex’s wider offering, with packages combining an overnight stay with new wellness experiences and sports activities.
Caldea general manager Miguel Pedregal said the hotel will allow guests to stay in the tower, enjoy the spa and gym, and access wellness treatments without leaving the building. He also said it aims to offer visitors a different way to discover Andorra.
